Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. As a print-on-demand store, production begins after payment is received. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Pricing: All prices are listed in NZD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property: All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Moana Nui and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability: Moana Nui shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
