📋 REFUND POLICY

At Moana Nui, every item is made to order with care. Because our products are printed on demand, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at ktkopoke@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We use eco-friendly, sustainable materials and packaging. All sales are final unless the product is faulty.
